Add the Find me on NotaryHub badge to your website

Who can use the badge

The Find me on NotaryHub badge is for Texas notaries who have claimed their free profile and completed the fields that make it indexable: an active listing, your name, city, at least one service, and a short bio. Incomplete or unclaimed listings do not get an embed snippet — finish those details first so the badge points at a real public profile.

The badge links to your canonical NotaryHub profile URL. It does not add tracking parameters, and the image is served from NotaryHub so you can keep one embed across your website and marketing pages.

How to add it

1. WordPress — Open the page or post where you want the badge. Add a Custom HTML block, paste the snippet from your notary dashboard, and publish. On classic themes, switch the editor to Text/HTML mode before pasting.
2. Wix — Edit your site, add an Embed HTML element, paste the dashboard snippet, and place it near your contact or about section. Save and publish.
3. Squarespace — Add a Code block on the page, paste the snippet, and adjust alignment. Squarespace may require a Business plan for custom HTML embeds.
4. Plain HTML — Paste the snippet anywhere you can edit HTML. Prefer the SVG image URL from the snippet; a PNG fallback is also available at /badges/find-me-on-notaryhub.png if a platform blocks SVG.

For Facebook pages or Google Business Profile, use the plain-text line from your dashboard instead of HTML — those surfaces often strip embeds but still accept a short “Find me on NotaryHub” URL.

Get your personal snippet

After you claim and complete your profile, open the notary dashboard. Eligible accounts see a preview, a ready-to-copy HTML snippet, and the plain link alternative. Copy once, paste where clients already look for you, and keep the link pointed at your NotaryHub profile.
