Many notaries offer same-day service! When you submit a request, available notaries typically respond within 1 hour. For urgent needs, filter for "Available Now" notaries.

You need the document(s) to be notarized and a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.). Do not sign the document beforehand - the notary must witness your signature.

While walk-ins are sometimes accepted, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability. Our platform makes it easy to schedule a time that works for you.

Yes! Many notaries on our platform offer mobile services and will come to your home, office, or another convenient location. Mobile notaries may charge a travel fee.

You can cancel or reschedule through your account. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case.

Payment is handled directly between you and the notary. Most accept cash, credit cards, or mobile payment apps. You'll know the accepted payment methods before booking.

Sign up at /notary/signup with your commission information. We'll verify your credentials with the Texas Secretary of State. Once approved, you can start receiving customer requests.

We offer a free tier with 1 lead per month. Paid plans start at $29/month for unlimited leads. There are no commissions or booking fees - you keep 100% of what you earn.

You collect payment directly from customers at the time of service. We don't handle payments, so there are no delays or processing fees from us.

Yes, we verify every notary's commission status with the Texas Secretary of State. This helps customers trust that they're working with qualified professionals.

Our notaries offer: General Notary Work (affidavits, POAs, etc.), Loan Signing, Mobile Notary, Remote Online Notary (RON), Apostille Services, and Estate Planning documents.
