NotaryHub is a platform that connects customers seeking notary services with commissioned notaries public. We do not provide notary services directly.

3. User Accounts

For Customers:

• You must provide accurate contact information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 18 years or older

For Notaries:

• You must be a commissioned notary public in good standing
• You must maintain valid E&O insurance
• You are responsible for compliance with all notary laws
• We verify commission status with the Texas Secretary of State

4. Booking and Payment

For Customers:

• You agree to pay the notary's fees as quoted
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may incur a fee

For Notaries:

• You set your own rates
• You collect payment directly from customers
• NotaryHub charges subscription or lead fees, not commissions

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Provide false information
• Harass other users
• Circumvent platform fees
• Impersonate others

6. Limitation of Liability

NotaryHub is a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of notary services provided
• Disputes between customers and notaries
• Lost or damaged documents
• Acts or omissions of notaries

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
