With Other Users: Notary Partner profiles, including business name, photo, services, pricing, and contact information, are publicly visible on the Platform to help Customers find and book notary services. Customer names and contact details may be shared with Notary Partners when a booking request is submitted.
Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), database hosting (Supabase), email delivery, SMS messaging (Twilio), analytics, cloud hosting (Cloudflare), and customer support.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
